Last weeks Local Business Connections NETWORKING Breakfast at Ollie Mason’s Cafe in Eden was a attended by a small group with 4 people having to cancel on the morning due to other commitments. With spring in the air it seems that life is getting busier. So an appropriate topic for the morning – SELF CARE with Megan Pricolo.
Report from the morning:
“A delightful morning with good coffee and great conversation.
Kim, Alex and Kimberley joined Megan at Ollie Mason’s for Breakfast.
Quick intro’s led then to the conversation…
- What do you do for YOU?
- What gives you joy in your life?
- What routines/activities do you set for yourself everyday to keep yourself a priority in your life?
Laughs and fabulous stories were shared – relaxing everyone and showing each other the brighter sides of ourselves … not only our “work” faces.
Plenty of smiles and happy tummies – chatting as we enjoying breakfast delights.
Travelling, long drives in the car, walking the dog on the beach, silent moments of mediation and self reflection were all integral parts of our peace practices.
Chats about upcoming events locally and opportunities for all of our businesses in these events was fruitful. Connections and planning were discussed. Another great catch up thanks to LBConnections.”
Remember that this is also great way for you to CONNECT & PROMOTE any upcoming events or offers that you may like to share with other LOCAL BUSINESSES in the Bega Valley Shire.
It could also be a wonderful opportunity to source new clients or find out how they may be able to assist you in your business challenges.
Our next event is a Breakfast at Bega – Join us at the Sapphire Community Pantry, as we talk about COMMUNITY!
